  1. Hello, I have a practical question for next year. I have the book from DP entitled "Main Exam Questions for paper D", but I have the edition 2015 (for the EQE 2016).
As I still did not validate this paper, my question is the following: do I need to buy the new edition (2017) for the EQE 2018 or can I still practice on the the one I have ?
    Thank you!

    J.

    1. Our Q&A books and model solutions are updated every year for changes in the EPC Rules, Decisions of the President, Notices of the EPO and other OJ EPO publications, updates to the Guidelines, new G-decisions, PCT Rules, ... so it is strongly recommended to use the latest editions of the Q&A books, model solutions and reference books. The cost of buying a new edition is completely negligeble compared to the hours of preparation, so why would you not take the best starting position for preparing?

  2. What is the last date to file an appeal for the main exam?

    1. I've been in contact with the Examination Board, the 10 day notification period applies. Thus 10 days + 1 month from the date on the letter with your results. For me it is 16 August 2017.
