EQE2025 edition of "Main Exam Questions for Paper D" available
The EQE2025 edition of ourQ&A book "Main Exam Questions for Paper D" is now available in our webshop. A German translation of the Question set is available as an option.
This book is for candidates preparing for the Main Exam if the European Qualifying Examination (EQE). The EQE 2025 version of this book has been extended with 32 new questions and now includes more than 630 legal and exam style questions directed to the EPC, PCT, the Unitary Patent and core provisions of the UPC.
The Study Guide and Q&A in this book are updated for EQE 2025 to reflect the legal situation on 31 October 2024 (Rules 2 and 22 IPREE) using the information that was available on 1 July 2024. This edition has thus been updated to comply with the “Guidelines for Examination in the European Patent Office” and the “Guidelines for Search and Examination at the EPO as PCT Authority” of March 2024 and, as every year, for legal changes in the EPC and PCT, new information in the Official Journal and the PCT Newsletter, published decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal and any landmark decisions by the Boards of Appeal, as well as the updated versions of the National Law Tables, the PCT Applicant’s Guide and the Euro-PCT Guide (2023 edition) and developments relating to the Unitary Patent and the UPC.
If any significant legal changes are published after this book has been printed or mistakes in the books are detected, an addendum will be made available on the DeltaPatents website.

Aus diesen Gründen bieten wir seit 2022 die Ausgabe des DeltaPatents Buches “Main Exam Questions for Paper D” nicht nur in englischer Sprache an, sondern wir sind stolz darauf, auch eine deutsche Übersetzung des kompletten Fragensatzes anzubieten. Dieser deutsche Fragensatz ist zusammen mit dem englischen “Main Book”, das die Antworten auf alle Fragen in englischer Sprache enthält, zu verwenden.
